Senior Technical Project Manager (Technical Groups) (Contract)
**This opportunity allows for full-remote for those that currently reside within the US**

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day production for one or more internal technology teams.
- Partner with stakeholders and discipline leads to coordinate, prioritize, and schedule the team and ensure tasks are completed on-time.
- Maintain a project schedule and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Work with teams to create project plans with requirements and task breakdowns of complex systems and initiatives.
- Shepherd changes in project direction due to client requests, technology changes or other factors in a proactive manner.
- Facilitate cross-discipline and interdepartmental communication needed to coordinate project initiatives to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Evaluate, communicate, and help to resolve production risks and conflicts that arise.
- Lead meetings and team ceremonies, such as weekly syncs, planning sessions, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Strong self-motivator with expert organizational skills to manage technical development in a remote environment.
- Able to effectively communicate to all game development disciplines (Engineering, Art, Design, Animation, QA, Production, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage conflict.
- Positive attitude and demeanor.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts; identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests across many stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar field.
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in a related field. Computer science, project management, or game production.
- Knowledge of tools development, game art, or motion-capture cinematic production.
- Experience with Shotgun, Jira, or similar tasking software.
- Experience working with remote studios, teams, or outsourcing partners.
- Strong understanding of modern software development processes and a passion for process improvement.
