Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary: The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager-IT to build and lead our new IT- Business Apps People Program. The Sr. Technical Program Manager- IT ensures projects related to the IT- Business Apps People Program are planned, drive program objectives and executed in a manner that supports integration and collaboration across the business while being aligned with organizational goals. The Sr. Technical Program Manager- IT will leverage their proven experience facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities.

What you’ll do
- Develop projects within the IT- Business Apps People Program in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to support systems solutions that support overall business strategies, ensure system requirement are documented, and develop business process-visualizations (flows, swimlanes) and narratives.
- Proactively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to address them and manage risk.
- Partner with IT Managers, Business Analysts, IT Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and with critical business stakeholders to understand their objectives.
- Develop and manage program budget and operating plan.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze, track and report out program risks and subsequent mitigation steps.
- Implement strict stakeholder management strategies to ensure successful program/project deliveries.
- Build and maintain IT- Business Apps People Program backlog
- Create and manage Program Roadmap.
- Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and Program Reviews.
- Assist project managers to remove obstacles and escalate risks as needed.
- While focused on at the program level, the Technical Program Manager may manage a one-off project as needed.
- Contribute to building TPMO processes, standardization, and best practices.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as an IT Program Manager.
- 5+ years proven experience project managing HRMS, HCM or HRIS implementations.
- Solid foundation in program management practices as well as experience working with Agile teams.
- Proven experience in formulating and executing both short and long-term program strategic goals.
- Proficiency with managing the people side of Change Management.
- Experience in establishing and controlling program expense budgets, operating plans and managing business metrics.
- Experience creating dashboards, road maps, and other reporting for the executive level.
- Familiarity with navigating in JIRA, Confluence, Workfront, SharePoint, Smartsheet preferred.
- Experience with core HR systems, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management systems.
- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 a plus.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner preferred.
