We're looking for a Technical Artist who can support all three of our products by developing new scripts, techniques and tools to improve our process. We're constantly evolving and each of our games are in different stages meaning that you'll never be bored and always working on something fresh.
You'll most often be
- Develop powerful and efficient workflows for the Art team
- Defining, researching, writing and maintaining tools for project and studio-wide needs
- Help improve and refine shader, texture, lighting quality
- Research and help develop new technologies
- Identify and fix pipeline issues
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Assist with solving daily production challenges
We're looking for someone with the following experience, ideally
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of Unity
- In-depth understanding of mobile games
- Expert knowledge of Maya
- Maya scripting experience in Python and MEL
- Shader authoring skills (HLSL, GLSL, CGFX) knowledge
- C++, C#, Javascript, or other programming knowledge
- Manages and self directs priorities with minimal oversight.
