T2 is rapidly growing and so is the Talent Acquisition team! The Tech Recruiting team at T2 is responsible for hiring a world class group of engineering, analytics, product and other specialized technical roles that help support our wholly owned labels Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, Social Point and Private Division.
We're looking for a long-term Contract Technical Recruiter who's excited about building and executing talent strategies geared towards creating talent pipelines across our various Technology groups for one of the most successful video game publishers in the interactive entertainment industry.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone who has a real passion for finding & hiring amazing talent and values collaboration, innovation, and creativity. Your main focus will be to partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, to drive candidate generation strategies for highly skilled tech talent in NYC, Boston, Seattle, Las Vegas and The Bay Area.
What you will do:
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting experience across all levels within T2’s Technology, Corporate Analytics and Product Development teams.
- Act as a trusted talent acquisition business partner to advise on recruiting strategies & best practices to attract, source, screen, and hire a diverse talent pool for a variety of roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top tech talent for open positions
- Work closely with business unit leaders to research, create, and execute targeted sourcing and assessment strategies, with the ability to understand and manage expectations.
- Present ideal candidate slates within a timely manner; screen and conduct in-depth interviews to determine motivational fit, cultural fit and technical fit.
- Directly source diverse talent pools through research, social media, niche sites, Boolean searches, networking events, and/or cold calls
- Build and maintain talent pipelines of active and passive candidates to deliver against immediate, high-priority openings and future openings
- Stay abreast of industry & market trends, best practices and how that effects attracting the right talent for the organization
- Engage with top talent to ensure you are delivering an awesome candidate experience
- Participate in special projects and various recruiting initiatives
About you:
- You have at least 4 years hands-on technical sourcing and full-lifecycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology, entertainment/media company, or equivalent
- Strong research and candidate generation skills focusing on tech talent at all levels, in different geographies
- Saavy approach to sourcing highly skilled talent
- Enjoys working with a team that fosters innovation and growth in a highly visible, collaborative, entrepreneurial and fun environment.
- Must have a passion for “the hunt” and comfortable picking up the phone to identify and sell passive candidates on opportunities with T2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Understands the value in providing “white-glove” service to clients
- Consultative approach towards sourcing and recruiting
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter, who can work well under pressure and balance competing priorities
- The ability to collaborate with other members of the HR team and business units in order to meet the overall team goals
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS preferred
