The Challenge:
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Team at Take-Two Interactive is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers to drive the full life cycle recruiting process and identify top talent for the company. This role will act as the primary Recruiter for all General and Administrative Corporate functions. These positions will sit in NYC, SF, Seattle, Austin, and Vancouver. This role will also work on various projects focused on employer branding, process improvement, hiring manager & candidate experience initiatives.
In this role you will be at the forefront of building, delivering, and driving talent strategies for one of the most successful video game publishers in the industry. What You’ll Take On
- Lead full life cycle recruiting across all levels within Corporate Management support functions such but not limited to Finance, Legal, Sales and Human Resources.
- Act as a trusted business partner on recruiting strategies & best practices to attract, source, screen, and hire a diverse talent pool for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Create and implement unique sourcing strategies that target diverse talent pools through partnering with our in-house sourcing talent, research, social media, niche sites, and networking events.
- Be a great partner to the business and our candidates, while keeping the focus on providing a "high touch" level of service.
- Work in a consultative manner with hiring teams, to ensure they are making the best hiring decisions possible and becoming more effective hiring experts.
- Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations to keep on top of job and industry knowledge & trends.
- Participate in special projects and various recruiting initiatives.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience, performing full-life cycle recruiting, preferably in gaming, entertainment, technology or other relatable industries.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for high growth teams within various technical, general administration, & creative verticals.
- Passion for the recruiting experience and demonstration of curiosity for staying on top of current trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage high volume of recruitment activities for various levels across various business groups and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates.
- Ability to assess candidate’s skills/qualifications and attributes in order to influence appropriate hiring recommendations.
- A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable performing varied projects in conjunction with day to day recruiting activities, while producing quality work.
- Ability to manage through change, embodies an ownership mentality, and can successfully work independently and with a team.
- Experience using Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in New York Tri State Area.
