Employee Services Administrator

We’re looking for a mature individual with high energy, excellent coordination skills and a pro-active nature who can anticipate superbly. As an Employee Services Administrator at Bungie, you will work with a casual and fun group to provide office administration support to help ensure that Bungie maintains an atmosphere of high morale and a positive team environment.
This position requires maturity, initiative, focus, good judgment, patience, resourcefulness, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, solid problem-solving skills and time management ability, organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels while showing respect for all individuals in all situations.
With the uncertainty and rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, most positions at Bungie are expected to onboard and work from home for a significant portion of 2021. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA). Currently only a select range of positions are available for full-time remote work in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA (please review location for details). Prospective employees located outside of CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA will need to establish WA state residency within 45 days of a start date. Bungie’s work from home, flexible work schedule, and remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is full time in our offices in Bellevue & Seattle and we currently require all employees onsite to be fully vaccinated
- Maintain and improve upon Bungie’s company culture to foster positive attitudes, teamwork, and quality performance
- Aid in creating a welcoming new hire experience, and fulfillment of New Hire gifts and Swag requests
- Plan & execute monthly and team morale event
- Support larger all company events (i.e. Holiday Party, Summer Picnic, Bungie Day, etc.)
- Organize, schedule, take notes, and track tasks for meetings and appointments
- Order food and beverages for meetings and events as needed
- Act as a go-to person for employee questions/concerns, answer when appropriate, or direct to correct person or department when necessary
- Assist various teams with special projects throughout the studio
- Coordination and execution of internal small team morale events and offsite meetings
- Manage and distribute swag
- Coordinate appliance maintenance
- Manage travel reservations
- Conduct new hire tours
- Contributor of monthly newsletter
- Provide assistance with Employee Services requests/tickets
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Office
- Able to lift on occasions up to 40 pounds
- Discretion (this role may involve dealing with confidential information)
- Experience coordinating small- to mid-scale events
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Skilled in project management
- Travel management experience
- Thorough understanding of Excel
- Familiarization with the gaming industry
