About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow to join our growing Enterprise Platforms & Technology team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead our ServiceNow platform implementation and enhancements. You will work with our partners such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Workplace teams. Functioning as a durable team with our Technical Program Manager and System Administrator, you will create top-notch solutions and guide major programs. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Technology Services.

This position can also be located in Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Salt Lake City, UT.

You Will:

• Architect new modules and capabilities implementation
• Mentor ServiceNow Administrator to operate production instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs , business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items
• Build and maintain ServiceNow Integration
• Review architecture, build and code performance before release to production
• Work with product owner/partners to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet our requirements
• Advocate for why or why not ServiceNow
• Research and recommend enhancements to ServiceNow environment
• Develop concise technical and process documentation

You Have:

• 7+ year Experience in ServiceNow implementation
• Experience implementing new modules with best practices
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
• Experience with API integrations (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
• Experience working in complex environment
