The Sr. Project Manager for Services Optimization, you will play a critical role in driving process optimization and managing continuous improvement projects for the Tech Services organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for self-development, IT project management, and enjoys promoting a culture of continuous improvement through quality engagements, business process, and customer journey mapping.
In this role, you will act is an ambassador for both internal and external customers and will be a key contributor to drive processes, project steps, and achieve a successful project outcome. The individual will focus on detailed analysis of processes as well as recommendations. This role will act a change champion to the organization and focus on instilling best practices and building operational discipline to improve the customer experience.

- Facilitate the analysis of business processes to improve overall performance
- Communicate critical information related to business process changes and initiatives
- Inspire cross-functional teams to challenge the status quo
- Accountable for the planning, implementation, and controls of project initiatives
- Support in implementing strategic process changes
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, employees, and internal suppliers
- Proposes recommendations and workable solutions, resulting in a PDCA life cycle
What We're Looking For
- Must obtain Six Sigma Green Belt certification within 6 months of hire
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Practical knowledge of key business areas & operations
- Must have general technical and business knowledge sufficient to understand all factors affecting the project planning, execution, and management.
- Experience with process modeling and process analysis
- Experience in quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., SIX SIGMA, Kaizen, Problem solving tools) preferred
- E xperience working with Signavio plus but not required
- Experience in casino operations a plus but not required
Skills and Capabilities
- Ability to work with process owners in leading organizational change
- Proficient in developing mitigation plans, project planning, resource mobilization, cost tracking & financial updates
- Ability to develop and deliver executive presentations for stakeholder communications
- Influencing / negotiating / Internal networking
- Effective written & oral communication skills
- Change Management
