Your Mission
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Analytics & Assessment the Senior Project Manager, Ethics & Compliance will be instrumental in supervising implementation of the Ethics & Compliance training program focused on motivating employees to do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
The Senior Project Manager, Ethics & Compliance will be responsible for partnering with key partners on E&C training initiatives, to include teams managing technical systems like the LMS and HR People system, organizing and advising the completion of E&C training initiatives, and tracking progress to ensure projects are on time and within scope.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Partner closely with LMS administrators to build reports and dashboards to provide insight on training completion status
- In partnership with key partners and E&C Analytics & Assessment Team, ensure training completion is tracked, monitored, and follow-up procedures are used to ensure completion rates are met
- Collaborate with People Technology, internal IT & external partners/providers as needed to troubleshoot issues and track solutions to system issues, user errors, learning content issues, and system functionality
- Owns communications support of E&C L&D projects and collaborates with key partners to monitor progress toward project completion
- Lead progress meetings and working sessions with E&C and key partners on active training efforts
- Manages and supervises annual training initiatives, attestation campaigns, and refresh efforts.
- Partner closely with LMS administrators to roll out any new training programs, updates or fixes to existing trainings
- In collaboration with the Director of E&C L&D, define measurement targets for strategic priorities and initiatives that support immediate and long-term business objectives
Because of our dynamic, fast-paced environment, this employee will be expected to support other ethics & compliance priorities as needed, including but not limited to:
- Support reporting and analytic efforts in additional E&C workstreams
- Support investigations
- Answer employee E&C questions
- Process conflicts of interest requests
- Support development, continuous improvement, and oversight of ethics & compliance processes
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in learning and development, ethics, compliance or related experience
- Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
- Saba Cloud experience preferred
- Workday experiences a plus
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Integrity and strong commitments to promote diversity and inclusion and high standards of business conduct
- Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including senior management
- Ability to balance multiple time critical priorities in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling important information and maintaining high level of confidentiality
- Experience in entertainment or tech preferred
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platforms preferred
- Solid understanding of data analytics and its application in the compliance area, such as data cleansing, validation, analysis, and visualization techniques to explore and mine data preferred
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel), advanced knowledge of excel
