About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join Twitch's close-knit legal team. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Sr. Program Manager will support attorneys and other SMEs to plan, prioritize, and achieve complex deliverables on initiatives with a regulatory or legal touchpoint. You will manage one employee who oversees legal technology.

You will work independently in a fast-paced environment , quickly understand legal requirements, and clearly communicate the value-added proposition verbally and in writing. The ability to proceed forward without knowing the whole picture is essential as is the ability to propose creative and strategic solutions to problems that affect Twitch, Legal, and our partners.

You Will:

• Develop an intake process and guide the use of program frameworks, tools, and best practices to evaluate and prioritize requests. Lead post project analysis to inform future changes.
• Perform project reviews and deep dives with legal, technical, and non-technical partners to determine scope, requirements, challenges and up/downstream impacts.
• Drive collaboration with multiple teams and track deliverables and action items.
• Identify opportunities to simplify existing processes and develop SOPs where there is opportunity.
• Communicate with leaders at all levels on project plans, status and other important issues.
• Unblock project barriers, chase down loose ends, and escalate when needed.
• Lead goal setting and performance reviews and look for professional development opportunities for direct report.

You Have:

• 7+ years experience in a program or project management role at a technology company.
• 2+ years leading projects with a regulatory or legal touchpoint.
• 2+ years as a people manager
• 2+ years in a role where you participated in vetting or implementation of software products
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
