About this Role
This role will be responsible for management of and collaboration with Playco’s Global EOR, WorkCo, based in APAC and supporting employees in multiple countries. As a Sr. Program Manager - WFM you will partner with internal Playco stakeholders and external WorkCo business partners to deliver an excellent employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll manage and improve the visa application process for new hires and create a smooth transition process for global consultants moving to the EOR. You’ll build cross-functional processes that allow us and our EOR to set up new countries quickly and efficiently. You’ll ensure that both employees and our partners at WorkCo are supported.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and relationship manager for WorkCo (our EOR) in relationship with Playco.
- Build and maintain cross-functional processes with both WorkCo and internal cross-functional teams including: Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners and calibrate their operational approach to ensure they meet our requirements efficiently and vice versa.
- Build planning and service delivery processes structurally and methodically with an eye toward strategic impact and process improvement.
- Partner with Operations, Legal, and others in HR to develop policies and procedures that enable smooth onboardings and positive candidate experiences. This includes shepherding the completion of documentation (including drafting and obtaining sign off) for new country set up and individual onboardings.
- Drive evaluation of the benefits we provide for team members in each country and develop a framework for evaluating the benefits in new countries that we onboard.
- Own onboarding and offboarding of individuals employed through WorkCo.
- Set interval Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) as defined by the business.
- Facilitate performance reviews through WorkCo.
Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce and/or vendor relationship management.
- Flexibility collaborating with and supporting employees in multiple time zones, including APAC
- Excellent communication and project management skills with internal and external stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of international visas, basic employment laws, and benefits offered in different countries.
- Highly organized and able to create, communicate, and launch scalable processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
- Experience being responsible for the output of a vendor operation (e.g., achieving key goals and metrics tracking).
Bonus
- Product or Product Operations management experience is a plus.
