Position Summary
Job Description
Product Management
- Manage investigations into game portfolio performance trends and develop associated action plans
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends, develop execution plans
- Leverage our analytics platform to investigate and explain KPI trends, then report findings to the product team and management
- Conducts competitive analysis and studies performance of live games in the market
Communication And Collaboration
- Deliver presentations that clearly communicate long-term gaming portal product vision and roadmap to management
- Share feature results, experiment learnings, and product performance with platform clients
- Coordinate live product changes with marketing colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of paid spend, new game portfolio releases, events, and promotions
- Evaluate notable competitors and share key insights / learnings to tes t
Team Building And Process Improvement
- Coordinate live product changes with other Product Management teams, Account Management teams and Marketing colleagues
- Document our processes and best practices
- Constantly seek improvement opportunities in our day-to-day workflows
- Mentor junior product managers
Qualifications
Education
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in computer science or a related field.
Required Experience
- 6-8 years Product Management experience
- 8-10 years experience in social gaming, eGaming, online casino wagering or consumer entertainment web/mobile services preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ability to define product roadmap and drive to execution
- SQL and Data-mining experience
- Expert Excel and PPT Skills
- Strong understanding of statistical significance in datasets.
- Understanding of forecasting and statistical modeling
- Agile/Scrum software development experience is a plus
- Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
- Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with Developers, QA, Analysts, Marketing, and Project Management.
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Ability to present to C-Level audiences online or in person
- Strong starter who can quickly get up to speed on new markets and products.
- Strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and buyer priorities.
