Sr Product Manager - Growth Platform

As a Sr Product Manager for our Growth Platform, you will be the lynchpin of our player centric strategy. You will drive all cross functional efforts to establish the vision, execution and usage of our growth platform and continuously improve it further.

In this role, you will have a lot of visibility and potential to make a significant long term impact on all of Glu by driving player growth for all our games.

The growth platform is used across Glu - both by player facing and development teams to further their objectives and consist of different building blocks that enable us to understand our players better and modules that help us deepen relationships with them.

You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, developing long-term product strategy, and partnering with our internal stakeholders to ensure product success.

You'll most often be:

• Leading the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of various products that are part of our growth platform or related infrastructure - from collecting requirements, developing solution designs, creating clear roadmaps, to execution and delivery
• Writing and consulting on specs, managing design challenges, and taking the lead for promoting interoperability and scale
• Driving the product strategy and communicating success metrics and features to the company stakeholders
• Guiding relevant development teams to deliver a polished stakeholder-ready product
• Setting measurable objectives for your development team(s), tying them with company and department goals and appropriately deploying resources appropriately to achieve those.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Marketing/Growth program manager or equivalent
• Experience delivering a product roadmap focused on data infrastructure, data warehousing or analytical tools
• Alternatively, experience delivering marketing tech product with a focus on automation tools, CRM platforms etc
• Data examination and operationalization skills (E.g. SQL, building operational dashboards)
• An ability to conceptualize and analyze different parts of our infrastructure - so you can establish the delta between current status versus future needs and provide a clear roadmap to drive to the ideal future state
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify tough problems and technical jargon to anyone
• Outstanding organizational, analytical skills, and strong attention to detail
• An ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
• An ability to thrive with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity regularlySelf-motivation that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
• Open to feedback and be able to think outside of the box.

You’ll be most successful if you:

• Are comfortable getting into deep technical discussions and can collaborate with engineers, data analysts and business stakeholders about the pros and cons of different approaches
• Are able to understand business & technical tradeoffs and drive product-based decisions - including being to inform buy versus build decisions
• Have a love for working with technical teams to make a big impact
• Enjoy building fast, stable infrastructure while speeding up development velocity
