We are looking for a dynamic, progress driven, empathetic Senior Manager with day to day responsibility to manage all aspects of the delivery of our products to its customer base worldwide. The role is focused on strategic direction, change management and building a scalable logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Define, develop and manage, in conjunction with the Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams, a top notch order management and fulfillment experience - internal as well as what a customer sees - around each and every customer transaction
- Interface with Osmo senior leaders to help translate our commercial strategy into an Operations roadmap
- Construct, maintain and analyze supply chain cost budget and forecast
- Responsibility for logistics partner contracts and service level agreements
- Oversee the delivery of continuous and effective services within budget
- Work to grow logistics partner relationships by identifying new business opportunities
- Manage day to day retail and distributor operations
- Oversee successful onboarding of new retail partners with 3PL and within Osmo systems
- Manage EDI onboarding and compliance, including full-scale EDI implementation across broad customer categories
- Drive and participate in cross-functional projects as needed to improve Sales Operations processes
- Manage reverse logistics with retailers, distributors and 3PL
- Work with planning team on warehouse allocations
- Manage new product launches and SKU transitions with retailers
- Ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouses globally, balance system and warehouse inventory through cycle counts, physical inventory, and regular audits
- Manage Supply Chain related end of month (EOM) activities
- Be responsible for overseeing and ensuring accurate and thorough follow up for our wholesale customer related transactions; purchase/sales orders (including EDI based transactions), order fulfillments, reseller short payments, and returns (RMA)Be responsible for overseeing and ensuring accurate and thorough follow up for our logistics related transactions; vendor purchase orders, warehouse inventory transfers, product kitting work orders
- Manage consignment partner receipts and fulfillment processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in working with consumer electronics
- Significant experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and office management software, preferably Google G Suite
- Detailed understanding of retail channels & direct to consumer logistics, especially in North America & Europe
- Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment with relatively little direction
- Proven track record in managing and improving supply chain partner relationship
- Experience and knowledge of designing and implementing business processes and metrics
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
- Must have a good mixture of drive and empathy; having the empathy to identify the true value drivers for our customers and the drive to deliver that value
- Excellent listening as well as open and to the point communication skills
- Strong stress resistant personality with good negotiation and influencing skills

- Able to travel frequently to visit vendors and partners
