*This role offers a WFH setup for the day-to-day operations however, all team members are still expected to be flexible reporting onsite based on business needs. Also, this role is required to follow UK hours (3pm-12pm / 4pm-1am Manila depending on DST schedules).

Role overview
As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you'll create video content and design assets for various media, including designing, editing, and motion graphic animation. You'll collaborate with a team of Creatives, Designers, and Motion Artists, supporting our goals, and you may also lead a team of designers and motion artists. Our ideal candidate has advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software, is self-critical, able to address feedback constructively, and learns from each project. What are we looking for? Our Senior Motion Graphics Designer has a knack for the following skills:
Business
- Create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics for various media, aligning with client needs.
- Perform basic edit tasks and create rough sound beds for edit projects when required.
- Create graphical templates for use by other Artists and for delivery to Clients.
Leadership
- Lead a team of designers and motion artists, ensuring successful project execution based on project size.
- Support the strategic development of the Motion team, providing guidance and expertise.
- Advise on design, edit, and motion elements during the ideation process
Analytics
- Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions, staying up to date on software advancements and the latest motion graphics techniques.
- Collect and compile project files efficiently upon delivery to ensure organized and accessible project documentation.
Communication
- Collaborate closely with Creatives and other Artists to bring concepts, scripts, and storyboards to life.
- Adhere to brief guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to meet client expectations.
- Support Quality Control checks on design and motion projects to maintain high standards.
Requirements
You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Motion Graphics
- Strong experience with Design & Editing
- Extended knowledge and technical ability of your relevant software: i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, etc
- A strong understanding of capabilities and integrations with other software, such as Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.
- Strong portfolio of Motion Graphics work an a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Experience managing other Designers & Motion Artists
- High level visual and conceptual skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great organization skills and effectively prioritizing tasks
- Strong collaborative skills engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
- A continuous desire to learn new techniques and technology
- Amenable to work onsite based on business needs
- Willing to work in the mid-shift (UK time zone)
