What you'll do
As the Sr Marketing Strategy Manager, you will manage the direct to consumer marketing strategy, plans and initiatives for the NCSA Ubisoft Store (store.ubi.com)
You are a positive, curious and adaptable collaborator who knows how to build great relationships with both consumers and your colleagues. You are committed, thoughtful and communicate clearly the right message to different audiences. You will manage or collaborate with a team of exceptional cross-functional specialists and driving consequential acquisition, retention and experience-based eCommerce marketing activations
- Build and bring to fruition the Store’s Marketing strategy through recommendations, point of views, plans, roadmaps and campaigns
- Develop an insightful understanding of our customers, collaborating closely with the audience, insight and analytics teams at Ubisoft
- Act as a strategic conductor translating your strategies into efficient audiences-based approaches across platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Business, Marketing Operations, Audience, UX, CX, CRM, Media…) by developing synergies and bringing your strategy to market
- Manage a team responsible for the Store’s customer journey and programs
- Bring a performance-based mindset to all close collaborators
- Bring best practices and innovation within key marketing and eCommerce areas (Acquisition, Monetization, Loyalty, Customer satisfaction, Content personalization and recommendation…)
- Act as an activation agent between operational teams and various levels of management
- Communicate clearly the Store’s goals, plans and expectations to a wide group of stakeholders working in various countries and specialties
- Drive results and become a Store ambassador and key resource
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
- Senior level expertise building and managing robust cross-channel marketing strategies in the acquisition and retention areas
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaborations and clear communication skills
- Respected for taking ownership, being organized and accompanying others
- Experience in Ecommerce or fast paced environment
- Track record of building, delivering and testing marketing roadmaps
- Proven track record managing direct reports
- Comfortable navigating in the CX, Media, CRM and Audience topics
- Bilingualism (French and English)
