Come play with us! Amazon is looking for Marketing Key Account Managers for our Prime Gaming business. As a Marketing Key Account Manager, you will work with leading game developers and publishers across systems to build and maintain outstanding partnerships.

You will be will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

· To the Business Partners, Marketing Key Account Managers serve as the Ambassadors of our Prime Gaming Brand and valued marketing services. They are the primary go-to-contact for and on behalf of the Partner.
· To internal marketing teams, Marketing Key Account Managers are the champions (or owners) of delivering on the objectives of our content Partners.

Marketing Key Account Managers will work alongside Business Operations team and game developers across systems to define high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns and deliver mutually agreed commercial and strategic objectives globally and in territory, as required.

Key responsibilities include:
· Developing strong, trusted relationships with Customers. “Customer/Partner happiness is key” is their daily mantra
· Align with global Brand team to ensure regional activations to deliver on global objectives
Partner with Business Operations team to represent Marketing in all assigned partner meetings, to pitch and present our Levels of Service, influence collaboration and integration with Partner activities and identify new opportunities to drive the business forward with and leveraging the Partnerships
· Provide marketing and channel expertise and advise Partners on topics including marketing content and asset requirements, marketing program methodology, go-to-market production processes and specific territory opportunities and nuances as needed
· Guide Internal Marketing teams and other relevant stakeholders across the business
· As the first point of contact for multiple teams internally and externally, Marketing Key Account Managers must understand and find resolution for all issues that may impact the Partner's business with Prime Gaming
· Consult with Marketing Production team to ensure alignment across channels in delivering and supporting partner portfolio initiatives
· Maintain consistent communications to the Partner. Where there are regional variances, ensure these are identified and understood by all partners.
· Monitors and collects metrics and deliverables from marketing teams ensure ongoing communications to Partners re: the reach and value of our Partnership

Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· 10+ years experience in multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and execution, brand, content marketing, or product marketing in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
· 10+ years experience in games and/or subscription
· 10+ years experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver partnerships and projects on time
· 5+ years account management experience at an agency or on client-side service or platform
· BA/BS Degree in marketing/communication or equivalent of 5 years industry experience
· Travel may be up to 30% when fully safe

Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience marketing live services or subscription programs
· Experience in the video game industry
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Account management experience
· Experience leveraging diverse perspectives, technologies and organizations to drive storytelling
· An entrepreneurial drive, proven ability to influence others
· Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills; you are a self-starter with a high attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify, convey and solve ambiguous problems
