Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Sr. Manager, Compensation – Gaming for a hands-on leadership role reporting to the VP, Compensation & Benefits. The successful candidate will lead, advise, and manage the delivery of comprehensive Total Rewards recommendations, programs, and solutions that align with the Gaming and broader Group business’ reward strategies.
The Senior Manager, Compensation will assist the Vice President, Compensation and Benefits with how Aristocrat remunerates and rewards our associates, managers, and executive leaders through solutions. This includes performance management, salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning as they transform and advance the design, develop, and build some of your very favorite digital casino games found in casinos and on mobile devices throughout the world.What You'll Do
Responsible for :
Providing leadership and support for the Compensation function for the Aristocrat Gaming Business as well as participating as a member of the Global Compensation Team and leading Compensation projects that impact across the Global Gaming business.

Vice President of Compensation and Benefits – Gaming
Supervises:
Indirectly supported a Compensation Analyst
Main Activities :
- Facilitating the delivery and execution of all Compensation activities, by coordinating with the broader team.
- Key annual projects include salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, vendor relationship management, and/or other services, across the Group.
- Leading analysis of compensation programs including modelling to develop solutions that fit business requirements.
- Liaising with subject matter experts within the broader People and Culture function (e.g., HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Systems and Shared Services etc.) to provide consultancy and advice within the business unit or corporate client group.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing new Compensation policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational needs.
- Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic and practical Compensation business issues.
- Developing and implementing strategies to more effectively use Global Mobility as a key talent retention and development tool to meet short term and long-term resourcing needs.
- Working with Executive Management groups to build and implement Compensation solutions in line with business strategy.
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.

- Knowledge of current Compensation and employment legislation
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
- Ability to interact at an executive/strategic level
- Proficient with financial reporting and interpretation
- Experience working with a global company, across multiple jurisdictions/markets, with a matrix and center of excellence structure.
Typical Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Compensation with at least 2 years’ experience leading a small team.
- Some Consulting/account management experience desirable.
