The Role:
Byju’s is looking to accelerate its growth internationally and is building a team for the US market. The US Consumer marketing Senior Manager will work with the Sr. Director of Consumer Marketing K-3 product in the US. This will include developing a delivering a fully integrated marketing strategy that aligns with Byju’s corporate strategy and supports growth across all channels of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage strategy, marketing and communication activities for the business.
• Develop a deep understanding of the consumer – leverage inhouse and external research capabilities to develop and consumer and category insights and a segmented view of the market
• Work cross-functionally to execute multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics to acquire new customers, increase customer engagement and revenue, and increase our customer base
- Drive customer acquisition for the digital product on the app store.
- Develop email segmentation and personalization strategies to better engage, retain and reactivate customers.
- Oversee execution of end-to-end app engagement tests (A/B, multivariate) for message creative, subject lines, deployment time, audience segmentation, etc.
- Partner with agencies/internal teams to iterate on new assets for use in creative testing, as well as briefing day-to-day assets and campaigns.
- Drive social media marketing – including including creating social media briefs and work cross-functionally with internal social media team, 3rd party vendors and creative services to manage social campaigns and drive business objectives
● Develop and own the analytic framework to identify, test and optimize tactics, creative, messaging, audiences, and channels to continuously optimize cost per acquisition and member engagement goals and metrics.
● Stay on trend and in the know about the latest digital marketing strategies and capabilities to drive app downloads, member engagement, traffic and conversion.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant marketing experience with progressive levels of responsibility
- Experience with a top consumer app/technology business driving digital marketing and/or
- customer acquisition
- Relevant entrepreneurial experience would be valued
- Experience in both strategic and execution-oriented roles.
- Experience in marketing products in the US.
- Willingness to travel
