About the Role
As a Premium Music Content Sales Development Manager, you will work within the Premium Music Content (PMC) team to create and manage all elements of the sales development process. You will be the point of contact with our Premium Music Content partners, focused on the packaging and pricing of compelling live music streaming programs, along with being the strategic sales conduit to the Twitch Sales organization. As the ideal candidate, you are highly experienced within the music industry, experiential sponsorship sales and live streaming.
You Will:
- Manage entire Premium Music Content sales development process, from program packaging to brand/agency pitches to execution of sponsorship deliverables
- Create strategic sales opportunities and packages around all Premium Music Content programs in association with our Partners
- Be the main contact to the Twitch Sales organization, with a focus on creating and surfacing compelling, sellable Premium Music Content program opportunities
- Create, manage , own and drive Premium Music Content sales development pipeline, including the tracking of deal stages and sales revenue estimates
- Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Artist Partnership and Marketing teams to efficiently manage and execute on Premium Music Content sales development initiatives
- Participate in collaborative meetings developing concepts to improve the growth opportunity for entire Twitch Music team
- Develop communications, documentation and presentations for both external and internal partnership outreach
- Provide value-added recommendations to enhance our programs, products and processes
You Have:
- 8+ year's experience in a brand partnership or sales development role, focused on selling experiential and/or digital content programs within the music industry
- Experience with brand client measurements, goals and return on investment requirements
Bonus Points
- Brand-direct or experiential/media agency relationships or network
- Prior digital media experience and familiarity with live streaming industry
- Previous employment at brand marketing or sponsorship agency
