Your Mission
The HR Organizational Effectiveness team is a Center of Excellence supporting Activision Blizzard globally. We lead and deliver strategic HR initiatives within the Global HR Function and in support of our business units. We work to reduce complexity across operating units, deliver new business capabilities and fundamentally improve employee experience. Current initiatives include acquisition integrations, organization redesign and process improvement.
As a subject matter authority in Organization Development Effectiveness and Change Strategy and Management, you will have a direct impact on Activision Blizzard’s employee experience and engagement, as well as our business units efficiencies at delivering epic entertainment.
You will tackle key business challenges, helping set up new organizational units and optimize existing ones. You will also lead change management activity across all projects, either directly involved in delivery or advising on smaller initiatives.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders, and HR Business Partners to identify, scope and lead OD/E initiatives that improve employee engagement, operating efficiency, and organizational productivity
- Flex into Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Change, Project Management and any additional roles as the need arises by the project slate and team.
- Coach and engage with businesses leaders to align OD/E efforts with strategic and long-term goals
- Support business leaders in identifying appropriate critical metrics for their teams, to enable effective monitoring and progress realization
- Work with HR Leaders to proactively address OD/E issues by assessing root causes and performance gaps and helping implement appropriate interventions.
- Contribute to the development of a common language and scalable solutions supporting organizational change across all prioritized strategic HR projects
- Provide thought leadership and advice on organizational change strategies
- Assess organizational impact and organizational readiness for each change initiative on a global, regional and/or country level
- Partner with communications partners to create and implement detailed communication plans
- Evaluate change impact and ensure changes communicated, detailed accurately in training materials, and in our HR knowledge base
- Build and be responsible for the change plan for each change initiative implementation, and identify appropriate KPIs to assess employee adoption and satisfaction
- Perform change risk analysis, mitigation planning and result execution
- Train employees in new processes
- Track record of using data and analytics to support recommendations with partners and build measurable results
Player Profile
- 10 years’ demonstrated ability leading organizational efficiency initiatives, operating model development, the development of governance structures, organizational development efforts and change
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A high degree of adaptability and ability to navigate the organization across sophisticated and diverse situations.
- Comfort with ambiguity; strong decision-making skills and provide well-informed solutions.
- Great teammate with a roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude, and highly developed sense of proactivity.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to capture audiences of all levels in the organization.
- Ability to frame, structure and tackle sophisticated problems in a dynamic environment.
- Use data-driven insights that influence business strategy and decision making.
- Experience in Project Management & Agile methodologies.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
