Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Overview:
Take-Two Interactive is seeking a motivated, collaborative and experienced FP&A professional to join the Finance team. Take-Two’s FP&A team provides financial and analytical expertise and support to executive management and various labels and departments across the organization. The team also provides knowledge and leadership in the company’s overall data management plan and strategy.
This is a critical and highly visible role as you will oversee the consolidated financial planning process and provide financial, business and strategic reporting and analyses that will influence decisions.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial forecasting skills, solid understanding of accounting rules, a great attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must have proven ability to be resourceful and business-minded, be eager to dive into the data and systems and be very process oriented.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall annual budget, quarterly, monthly and long range forecasting processes
- Business ownership of the consolidated financial forecasting system
- Lead and coordinate the management reporting process
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure entries are booked accurately
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports and analyses timely, efficiently and thoughtfully
- Develop presentations and analytical materials to be presented to executive management
- Assist with special projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, management consulting, public accounting or related field
- BA/BS degree - major in finance, accounting, business and/or related field
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling and creating visually appealing summary charts/schedules from large data sets/systems
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with forecasting in an Enterprise planning system (i.e. Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Must be detail and goal oriented and highly organized
- Pro-active problem solver with a positive attitude and flexibility to work across different tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
