MANAGER / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF INFLUENCERS, KRAFTON AMERICAS
KRAFTON, Inc. is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager / Associate Director of Influencers to join its Americas Communications Team. As a Sr. Manager / Associate Director of Influencers , you’ll be responsible for developing organic and paid influencer marketing campaigns, managing the company’s existing regional influencer programs across PUBG and other IP, and analyzing influencer content performance based on data-driven insights. This individual has experience working with gaming influencers across YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
The Sr. Manager / Associate Director of Influencers should be a creative and strategic thinker who is results-oriented and has a proven ability to develop and implement successful organic and paid influencer marketing campaigns. In addition to possessing a deep understanding of the video game industry, the ideal candidate will have experience developing effective influencer marketing strategies and creating / executing campaigns from start to finish (i.e., identifying clear goals, developing a concept, building support for the initiative, working with a range of stakeholders to bring it to life, measuring its success, and developing learnings for future campaigns). This role will report to KRAFTON Americas’ Director of Earned Communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee KRAFTON’s influencer programs by preparing and deploying high-level strategies for engaging various content creators.
- Prepare short and long-term goals for all relevant influencer programs, defining and tracking ongoing quantitative and qualitative results.
- Serve as a primary strategy developer and tactician for all Americas region influencer marketing campaigns and ongoing influencer relations; titles that will be supported include PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, NEW STATE MOBILE, and other unannounced games.
- Monitor, measure, analyze, and report performance metrics for relevant influencer initiatives.
- Create, review, and approve influencer plans, initiatives, and ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams.
- Maintain close communications and align with other cross-functional teams within the Americas Publishing organization.
- Partner with global headquarters and subsidiaries for program execution and meetings.
- Build, maintain, and grow mutually beneficial long-term relationships with influencers and leverage those relationships in support of product go-to-market plans.
- Create and edits various materials, including presentations, reports, recommendations, and other relevant copy.
- Have a willingness to complete any other reasonable activity required by the Communications Team.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience working with content creators and/or social media influencers.
- Established relationships within the gaming influencer space and experience leveraging those relationships in both earned and paid capacities.
- Experience developing influencer programs for live service games is a plus.
- Desire to develop innovative influencer-driven campaigns that tap into the latest content trends and technology across established and emerging platforms.
- Excitement to build a robust and diverse community of content creators who are engaged in the broader gaming community and support KRAFTON’s goal of creating premiere entertainment properties like PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, NEW STATE MOBILE and others.
- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management; experience with (or a strong interest in) taking a data-driven approach to influencer marketing strategy development.
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
- Passion for gaming; a love for KRAFON’s games, including PUBG is a plus.
