We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning & AI Transformational Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts (EA). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ML Education program to support the adoption of evolving technologies across our business. As an experienced learning professional with a proven track record in transformational change, you will collaborate with stakeholders and employees from various teams and studios at EA to drive learning consultation and engagements. Additionally, you will support change management, align with program managers, leverage communications, and guide transformation to ensure the successful implementation of a program.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a comprehensive approach to an evolved ML Education program that supports broadly-impacting and highly-technical outcomes.
- Guide the evolution of a pre-existing education program, measure the success of any learning engagements, and directly correlate the change management plan with the learning solution.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and SMEs to define ML program goals for AI at EA and develop strategies to overcome potential obstacles to change.
- Successfully implement solutions at scale, playing a key role in ensuring employee adoption is maximized in areas where the highest impact of change can be felt.
- Develop a comprehensive change management plan that considers enterprise-wide communication and provides performance consultation for learning and skill development.
- Create an enterprise-wide plan to engage employees from various professions that need varying degrees of understanding, keeping everyone informed and aligned about the changes happening in AI/ML at EA as a result of the program.
- Fluency with instructional design, authoring tools, and learning management systems integration, developing learning assets, written communications, videos, and other materials identified.
- Ensure learning assets, written communications, videos, and other materials are created and measured for effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team to continually improve our approach to AI transformation.
- Change Management: Responsible for working with senior leaders and SMEs to define and support realizing business goals that define the ‘path forward’ for AI at Electronic Arts. Influencing leaders towards that desired outcome, identifying potential obstacles to change, developing strategies to overcome them, and creating a plan to implement a comprehensive business solution that considers change, enterprise-wide communication and provides ‘performance consultation’ (learning & skill development).
Playing a key role in ensuring that EA is equipped to embrace the adoption of AI within the varying parts of our business. Focusing on the people side of change, preparing adoption, and supporting changing business structures and evolving technologies. Ensuring that employee adoption is maximized in areas where the highest impact for change can be felt.
- Learning and Development : Capable of creating and managing a comprehensive approach to an evolved ML Education program that supports highly-technical outcomes. Driving an action-focused, business results-oriented program that allows employees to acquire needed skills to succeed in developing ML solutions. Responsible for guiding the evolution of a pre-existing education program, measuring the success of any learning engagements, and directly correlating the change management plan with the learning solution.
Communications: Responsible for creating an enterprise-wide plan to engage employees from various professions that need varying degrees of understanding. Helping keep the entire company informed and aligned about the changes happening in AI/ML at EA as a result of the program. Responsible for ensuring written communications, videos, and other materials are created and measured for effectiveness.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in one or more of the following: learning and development (required), change management (required), program management (preferred), or other related fields.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformational programs, including enterprise-wide learning programs, change management, and communications.
- A passion for understanding AI/ML concepts, trends, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering comprehensive education programs.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to draft content and messaging for a range of internal communication channels including employee emails, newsletters, websites, presentations, digital screens, social, etc.
- Create and scale training initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring key stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes measured for effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to measure the success of initiatives leveraging aligned KPIs, including strategic alignment to organizational goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
