We’re hiring a senior producer that straddles external and internal game development projects focusing on keeping the trains running on time, on budget, and at quality.

Role of Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

You have strong cloud engineering skills in either AWS, Azure, or GCP. You default to building infrastructure as code. You understand the balance between what to build short, medium, and long term, and can conceptualize how to proceed along all three vectors at the same time. You'll work primarily Node.js and Typescript, but be able to jump into Python or Go as the need arises.

You'll build cloud infrastructures to support our growing brand, write APIs and GraphQL resolvers to support the clients, and contribute to internal tools like our CMS. Along the way, you might also do some light data engineering.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing cloud engineering in either AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Building infrastructure code for the short, medium, and long term, while conceptualizing how to proceed along all three vectors at the same time
• Working primarily in Node.js and Typescript, while transitioning into Python or Go as the needed
• Building cloud infrastructures to support the ForeVR Games brand, writing APIs and GraphQL resolves to support clients, and contributing to internal tools like our CMS
• Light data engineering.

Role Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an engineer working with cloud infrastructures.
• Proficiency with Node.js and Typescript programming language
• Familiar with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Pulumi
• Confident with source control tools
• Skilled at communicating technical concepts with a team
• Passion gaming and creating memorable experiences
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
