Sr HRBP

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who is a quick learner , have an eye for detail and is passionate about driving initiatives of strategic importance.

From recruiting to employee engagement, we make sure our teams have everything they need to create amazing games. We manage benefits, coordinate professional development opportunities, host office happy hours, and more!

· Partner with businesses to understand the current org structure, business challenges and work towards solutions

· Partner with the businesses to assess the pulse of employees, suggest and assist in maintaining a healthy working environment

· Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

· Driving key assignments under employee engagement like employee satisfaction surveys, knowledge forums etc.

· Partner in campus engagement activities and connects. Can further participate in top B School and Engineering College hiring

· Be the custodian for HRMS, improvise on current and look towards automating processes

· Build on internal and external employer branding program. Be a part of the taskforce leading this initiative

· Can own projects on competency mapping, job levelling, compensation benchmarking (based on interest and capacity)

· Conduct research on HR best practices and trends and make recommendations for improvements

· Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and legal compliance on / of all employee information as necessary

· 4 to 8 years’ experience in the areas of HR or engagement initiatives of strategic importance

· Preferably Post graduate degree in HR from a premiere college

· Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround

· Collaborative, proactive with positive attitude

· Operate mostly independently on day-to-day routine with supervision support as required on new / complex or multi-dimensional / high-impact issues

· You will work with a team that is fun, passionate, energetic and keen to make a difference

· Flexibility to pick up projects in your interest areas and drive them to completion
