职能资质:
- 拥有丰富的游戏美术制作经验
- 六年以上行业工作经历,作为核心成员参与过至少两款上线产品
- 扎实的美术生产工具应用能力(例如3DsMax,Maya,Photoshop等)
- 擅长多种风格而不只局限于中国画风,擅长平面设计(UI/UX)和基本的3D技能
- 有丰富的个人作品展示你的业务能力
- 有“国际化”的审美,理解艺术基础和艺术文化,能对不同艺术文化剖析并捕捉规律,归纳和应用在产品开发中
- 有文档编辑能力,较强的沟通能力(有基本的英文沟通能力),团队协作能力
EA PDG(Partner Development Group) is looking for talented artists to participate in the development and support of multiple AAA projects on mobile. EA PDG is a department responsible for IP-licensed game development and external team collaboration research and development, using EA’s storied brands and IP to develop new mobile experiences that will reach a global audience. In this team, you will encounter different types of projects, with various unique art styles, coming from the most famous IPs across the world.
As a member of the art team, you need to have broad knowledge of the art field, a keen insight into culture, fashion and the latest industry trends both in Asia and the west.
What you will do:
- Cooperate with Art Director to verify the art direction, coordinate artistic vision with the dev team to meet EA review standards.
- Work with EA and third-party Art Director and drive the dev team’s artistic vision in line with the overall art direction for various projects by giving valuable and relevant feedbacks.
- Provide inspiration and visual guidance to our development partner studios.
- Keep informed about the latest advances in game art technique and technology, provide solutions for various situations encountered in development.
- Participate in internal recruitment to build the artistic team & foster their growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep experience in concepting and crafting video game art
- At least six years work experience, participated in at least two online products as a core dev member.
- Good Knowledge of Photoshop and 3D software. (e.g., 3DS Max, Maya)
- Good at a variety of art styles (not just limited to Chinese picture styles) good at graphic design (UI/UX) and basic 3D skills.
- Have a wealth of personal works to demonstrate your skills.
- Have an “international” aesthetic, understand the foundation of art and art culture, able to analyze and capture the laws of different art cultures, and apply them in product development.
- Have document editing skills, excellent communication skills (basic English communication), and be a team player.
