As the Sr. Live Ops Manager, Top Dev, you’ll be instrumental in driving the success of Roblox Live. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the developer community, you will drive the live operations service strategy, introduce game operations best-practices and build new systems to augment engagement at scale for millions of players across the Platform. If you are strategic-minded and passionate about developers, you’ll be right at home within our highly skilled and rapidly growing Developer Relations Team.
You Are:
- Developer-Focused: Like us, you love and respect the developers; and can understand and take care of the needs of the developers in our developer ecosystem
- Organized: Know how to lead, gather feedback, and organize developers around platform live-operations initiatives and support their efforts at creating engaging live experiences
- Live Operations Expert: At least 4+ years of free-to-play live operations, product management or marketing experience. Must have prior success creating and measuring live engagement at the game or platform level
- Data-Informed: Create an environment of data-driven decision making.
- Comfortable analyzing, synthesizing and communicating live free-to-play KPIs with developers to improve operations and level-up the data-driven decision-making capabilities of the Roblox community
- Team-Oriented: You have a magnetic personality that invigorates the team around you, and you’re comfortable working with people in any situation
- Extra Points: You have made an experience on the Roblox platform
