We are looking for a Senior Director who will be responsible for leading the Mobile development and technology towards elevating customer’s experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery of work from the teams align with stakeholders’ expectations regarding scope, timelines, cost, and quality.What You'll Do
- Innovator thinking who embraces challenges and creates opportunities towards delivering solutions based on business needs.
- Drives global talent strategy including long-term partners with the goal of leveraging them as applicable to meet business needs.
- Acts as a liaison with our hardware and software manufacturers driving SOWs, negotiations, governance, selection of best fit solutions, etc.
- Represents CXS Technology where applicable by communicating and providing applicable updates to senior leadership within CXS or ATI.
- Customer centric focus when software solutions are proposed and delivered.
- Hands-on Senior Director, who works with the team providing technical directions and solutions when needed.
- Leads the budget process for his or her area of the business.
- Ensures adherence to the budget by monitoring expenditures and forecasting monthly.
- Analyzes and reviews the development processes and/or tools to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new processes.
- Creates and ensures adherence to the development policy, procedures, and quality initiatives.
- Participates with the team to review software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Requires minimum of 10+ years of experience leading teams across different verticals to deliver solutions based on customer’s expectations. Preferable 15+ years.
- Requires experience of 5+ years leading global teams across different time zones (ex. India, Australia, US).
- Requires 5+ years of P&L management.
- Requires 10+ years of people management experience. Must have strong leadership skills in the areas of performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
- Understanding and experience with the UI/UX discipline towards collaborating with the UI/UX team.
- Experience with Mobile App and Web development as well as technologies like Cordova, Ionic, React.
- Experience with Mobile deployment (ex. iOS apps, Android apps)
- Knowledge of software development and agile software development processes.
- Ability to identify ways to optimize processes and develop assets. Experience with resource allocation and utilization.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Solid experience in all aspects of software development, using generally accepted tools and techniques.
- Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Innovative thinking in problem solving.
- Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or its equivalent. Requisite experience will not be substituted for this must-have requirement.
- Obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
- Experience with Scrum Agile development methodology preferred.
- Experience in Casino Gaming industry preferred.
