Your Mission
Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance leadership, the Ethics & Compliance Business Lead will partner with E&C leadership to represent E&C in high-stakes, business-wide initiatives with long-term impact.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating information exchange on behalf of the E&C team to improve the cross-functional awareness among the E&C team
- Helping to identify Company-wide strategic priorities (e.g. game launches, business achievements) and integrate the anticipated downstream impact to the Ethics and Compliance planning process
- Assess issues that serve as a barrier to the E&C team to offer opportunities to increase effectiveness while improving efficiencies.
- Take the lead on preparing key content and agendas for recurring or high stakes meetings, and track follow up needs
- Lead special projects that require a quick turnaround time
- Supporting the E&C team’s long-term planning efforts
- Supporting E&C leadership’s efforts to supervise progress on long-term goals
- Representing E&C in cross-functional efforts with business-wide impact. Examples include:
- Integration related to acquisition efforts
- Supporting project management and integration for E&C initiatives that require significant support from other parts of the business (e.g. company-wide data integration, risk management, etc.)
- Staying abreast of and providing input on major initiatives across the company that impact E&C’s portfolio (e.g. IT system changes, organizational structure changes, onboarding and training initiatives, changes to performance management approaches, entry into new markets or territories that affect our risk profile, etc.)
- Maintaining close collaboration with the Manager, Workplace Integrity Operations and Senior Manager, E&C Program Integration to cultivate seamless connection between integration efforts among E&C pillars and broader enterprise strategy
- Working closely with the E&C Executive Assistant to create and maintain alignment among strategic priorities and the execution of administrative duties
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Degree (Master’s, JD, PhD)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience (may include experience in program or project management, ethics and compliance, internal audit, marketing, communications, or finance)
- Experience in entertainment or is tech preferred
- Prior experience managing integration efforts between a parent and acquired company is preferred
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex change initiatives
- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty
- Experience managing programs or projects with various executive partners
- Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Strong situational awareness and adaptability to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including senior leadership
- Ability to balance multiple time critical priorities in deadline driven environment
- Steadfast integrity and strong commitments to promote diversity and inclusion and high standards of business conduct
- Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling critical information and maintaining high level of confidentiality
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning
