AppLovin’s Creative Team is a diverse and talented group of storytellers and problem solvers who are responsible for a range of products and brands in our portfolio. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Designer, Brand to help grow and expand our visual story and design solutions for our AppLovin brand—focusing primarily on three key aspects: 1) overall brand look/feel; 2) digital marketing and graphics (ads, events, site graphics); and 3) corporate and sales enablement tools (presentations, one-sheets, and investor collateral).
Designers play a valuable role in how we share our story, and how we connect with our global audience. This position will serve as a critical member of the Creative Team where we each bring something different to the table. You will be guided and supported by our VP of Brand and Creative, along with the AppLovin Art Director, and a team of multidisciplinary creatives to help you navigate and communicate with our larger cross functional marketing team. Together we are thoughtful about our work and move at a swift cadence to support business initiatives that help drive our brands to the top.

Responsibilities:
- Execute design needs for a variety of branded marketing and internal content including presentation decks, one-sheets, as well as digital marketing campaigns
- Experiment, design, and test creative ideas primarily deciphering stakeholder needs and turning them into well thought out graphic solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and elevate the brand through various presentation decks
- Ideate and problem-solve large/small initiatives with your art director and fellow designers
- Collaborate with our Sr. Production Manager to scope projects you own, along with driving your tasks through the finish line
- Keep up with industry best practices and share new creative ideas with the team
- Utilize Asana as the primary tool for internal communication, status updates, delivery of files, and project management
- Utilize collaborative communication tools like Slack, Miro, Figma, Loom, and others to work closely with team members across projects and time zones
Basic Qualifications:
- A thoughtfully presented portfolio, showing the ability to think conceptually and strategically
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, media arts or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5+ years of professional digital design experience, with an emphasis on presentation decks, branded campaigns and working in-house or an agency on a range of marketing materials
- Mastery of basic design principles such as typography, composition, scale, etc
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detail
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and Canva
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
