We are looking for a Sr. Demand Planning Analyst to join the Mobile Demand Planning team reporting to the Director of Demand Planning. You will be based in the EARS campus, working with the finance, game analytics, development, marketing, and Live Teams. You will improve our team's analytical capabilities and support multiple industry-leading mobile games in the largest and fastest-growing segment in video games.

What you’ll do:

Lead mobile game revenue forecasts supported with data-driven analysis and modeling
Work with game analysts, producers, marketing, and finance to establish collaborative forecasts with aligned assumptions
Condense complex analysis into succinct assumptions and visuals for broad usage across the organization
Guide constant learning across the organization by testing assumptions, investigating discrepancies to their root case and communicating new insights
Work with important partners to evaluate Return on investment for new products, marketing strategies and other projects
Influence live service planning and merchandising for mobile games that reach millions of players
Manage a high-level of complexity working across parallel systems (financial, operating and game-specific), millions of data points and varying forecast frameworks (e.g. player cohort vs time-series metrics)
Support additional ad hoc analysis using standard and custom mobile game metrics

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of relevant hands on experience
Excellent Excel skills: including pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs
Experience working with both technical and non-technical partners
Diverse analytics experience covering multiple metrics, businesses or products
Working knowledge of SQL, data visualization software package (e.g., Tableau or R packages) & PowerPoint
B.A. or B.S. in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
Experience with Star Wars and RPGs a plus
