Sr. Coordinator, Direct Marketing

If so, our Marketing team is seeking a Direct Marketing Sr. Coordinator to help craft quality direct marketing and engagement programs which celebrate these passions. We’re looking for someone who is hardworking with proven technical skills and lifecycle marketing experience to bring our user experience to the next level. If you're a knowledgeable ‘expert’ who knows a thing or two about user engagement and retention, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll work closely and collaboratively with the team to plan, manage, and execute omnichannel campaigns, including but not limited to, email, in-app messages, push notifications, and SMS, driving user engagement on multiple touch points along the user journey - onboarding, retention, and re-engagement. You will be responsible for data reporting and analytics part of the marketing performance and help the team make informed decisions to optimize user experience. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• You will support the Product and Product Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns across Niantic products.
• You will monitor and report campaign results on a regular basis.
• You will conduct user segmentation, list management, A/B testing and user surveys to improve campaign performances.

Qualifications

• You can collaborate effectively with a global cross-functional team.
• You have some knowledge about mobile-first omnichannel platforms, like Braze or Leanplum.
• You have experience in conducting user surveys.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years experience in a lifecycle or direct marketing role, preferably in the tech, gaming or mobile app industry.
• You have a proven track record of crafting marketing campaigns for various communication channels.
• You have basic HTML and debugging skills.
