As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will partner with HR to create and implement compensation programs while partnering with Recruiting to create compelling compensation packages that will attract new talent. This is a pivotal position that will have a huge impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform job evaluations, conduct market surveys, collect and analyze market data and maintain salary survey data
- Accurately interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate People Operations, recruiters, managers, and executives on pay decisions, policies and guidelines
- Prepare twice-a-year cash increase, promotion, and equity refresh recommendations for senior leadership approval
- Lead bi-annual merit process
- Make recommendations for internal and external offers to attract and retain highly sought-after talent
- Be the compensation expert in the following areas: base salary, market pricing, variable pay and performance management, equity programs, data analysis, research and cost modeling
Your background and who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in compensation
- Strong knowledge of compensation market data
- Excellent excel skills
