THE ROLE
The Art Director will be responsible for creative ideation, creating presentations, and developing assets for social and digital advertising, and overseeing the creative execution of our campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a fast turnaround on projects and be able to excel under tight deadlines.
- Ideation of creative concepts for assets related to video games and video game peripherals for Social Media and Digital Video
- Provide creative team with clear communications, leadership and process to produce high-level graphic and digital assets
- Direct the development of creative material
- Process and circulate client feedback with the ability to quickly turn around creative effectively
- Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure creative is on strategy, on brief, and on schedule
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, etc
- 5+ years of Agency Advertising experience focused on brands and entertainment/lifestyle/video game-based clients.
- Must be able to provide creative direction to a team of graphic designers and copywriters
- Must have strong art direction and graphic design background
- Demonstrated ability to communicate strategy, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative work environment
- Ability to communicate creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
