About the Role

Twitch is looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Yield Management to join our hypergrowth ad sales business in EMEA and APAC. This is a unique opportunity to develop revenue maximisation strategies across Twitch’s global portfolio.

You will report to and work with the Manager of Pricing & Yield Management and with a leadership group to grow the vision for improving the pricing and yield levers of our portfolio of advertising products on a global scale. You will help manage the advertising monetization programme, create performance metrics that demonstrate the value of the programme and monitor compliance and adoption internationally. You will work in a growth industry with the ability to help shape our global strategy

You Will:

• Help determine rates and inventory value through pricing, revenue modelling, and user behaviour analyses
• Help refine rate cards globally and seasonally by country and region
• Help with daily inventory forecasting, pricing requests and deal exception approvals from Sales
• Create quantitative models necessary for evaluation and implementation of new strategies, content acquisition, agency agreements, and other business models
• Develop and test current and proposed pricing strategies
• Build analytics capabilities that help increase revenue and improve margins
• Work closely with partners (Sales, Sales Operations, Ad Ops) to identify data-driven solutions for the digital ad sales business
• Create increased automation in operations using business systems
• Partner with ad product to brainstorm and roll out new products using data and revenue insights
• Provide revenue strategies and operational support for sales managers on advertiser and agency relationships
• Work with broader technical teams to identify potential issues affecting ad monetization and viewership trends

You Have:

• 3+ years work experience in advertising, digital media, finance, consulting, business, or technology
• 1+ years of dedicated experience in a pricing, inventory insights, programmatic, or revenue operations role within a digital ad sales organisation
• Experience creating and implementing strategies that increase growth, improve pricing, and holistically report on ad sales performance
• Experience working with or implementing processes to support pricing exceptions, deal reviews, and global rate card reviews
• Have basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Motivated, data-driven, and experience working with sales and product managers
• Deep experience with analytics and passion for the insights they unlock
• Understand Salesforce and OMS systems such as Adbook and Operative One
• Experience with ad servers such as Google Ad Manager and Freewheel
• Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused technology environments
• Have created strategies that promote growth, improve revenue generation, and holistic reporting on performance
• Experience performing analysis that measures the efficiency of pricing and inventory use
• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred Finance, Economics, Math or Computer Science concentration
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) user who is comfortable with large datasets
