What you'll take on:
- Prepares and submits compensation survey data.
- Conducts and manages Compensation market data requests.
- Responsible for all quarterly reporting: bonus accrual, company compensation analyses, etc.
- Administers and supports the global year-end compensation process.
- Keeps current with general compensation trends through review of the literature (e.g., World at Work, HR Magazine, survey results, internet sites, etc.).
- Assist with administration of Equity Program (e.g., run a variety of regularly requested and ad hoc reports/analysis; present data in concise, readable formats).
- Assists with administration of Employee Stock Purchase Program.
- Research equity plan participant / data questions.
- Administers and manages the Compensation in-box.
- Maintenance and administration of the company’s Job Architecture Framework.
- Creates and supports development of compensation communications and training materials.
- Work with vendors responsible for plan administration.
- Participate in meetings, training, and practice improvement with respect to Total Rewards team initiatives.
- Tracks & supports the management of compensation projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate on special projects.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience supporting mid-sized companies.
- Global Compensation experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Math or another relevant field.
- Working knowledge of the Workday HRIS and Fidelity Equity Administration platforms preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.
- Ability to analyze, manage, make observations about, and present data.
- Excellent ability to effectively communicate both written & verbally with strong client focus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize, set priorities, be self-motivated, and learn independently.
- Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
- Professional and responsible approach to work, clients, and other employees.
