THE CHALLENGE:
Take-Two is on the search for a Senior Analyst to the Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) team in our New York City office on a hybrid schedule to assist with providing analytical expertise and supporting a variety of cross functional teams across our labels. Working with leadership to provide your financial insights to help the organization to make key business decisions. Your experience forecasting, analyzing, and modeling are critical skills needed to drive our games to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON:
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for labels and departments to drive their decision making
- Present your findings in a clear, concise thoughtful manner
- Prepare financial presentations & executive level analysis for management and the Board of Directors
- Provide analytical, financial and presentation support for quarterly earnings calls
- Partner with the Labels, Commercial Strategy, Channel Marketing, and IT on cross-departmental projects such as the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual budget re-forecasting process and integration/enhancement of new business intelligence tools
- Develop and sustain a sound knowledge of the global video game market and its trends
- Join our team, collaborate with departments across the company and the labels
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Leadership in data analysis, forecasting and modeling
- Strong understanding of corporate finance
- Your ability to be resourceful, business-minded, and eager to dive into the data and systems
- Experience maintaining and enhancing dashboards to visualize forecast data for T2 and label management
- Experience working with the accounting and financial reporting teams to obtain an understanding of relevant financial matters and reporting changes
- You desire to get in the weeds, dig into the data, evaluate, and validate
- Overall familiarity with business planning tools like Hyperion or Anaplan
GREAT TO HAVE:
- 2+ years in data analysis, corporate finance, investment banking and/or management consulting experience (or other relevant experience in any of the areas above) preferred
- Great attitude and interest in the video game industry
- Communication skills and be comfortable with working with peers at all levels
- A process-oriented outlook to all you do
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant field of study required
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL preferred

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $102,900 and $120,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
