We’re working on our next big mobile game in the world of casual decorator/ decor and we’re looking for a strong Sr 2D Artist to help us realise our vision!We believe that play matters and that’s why we create genre-leading games that are fun, engaging and rewarding. Joining GSN Games will give you a platform to work on incredible games while working alongside the best people in the business!What You’ll Do:You will work with the Client Manager and Art, Design, Product, Production and Tech to help create our next big social game. Being a 2D expert, you’ll be able to take high-level creative direction and execute high-quality art efficiently and effectively. Being a key member of the Art Team you will:● Create illustrative banners for in game levels● Create marketing illustrations for in game events● Create fabric and texture patterns to be used in furniture textures● Render existing 3D assets in 3D software [Maya / 3DMax / blender/ etc]● Composite the renders with illustrations to create a combination of 2D/3D elements● Ensure all 2D assets are of the highest quality and fit the brief set out by the Client Manager● Be the main point of contact for all 2D queries and discussions● Attend any daily meetings/ stand-ups/ mini retro’s to ensure a smooth workflowAbout You:You’ll be collaborative, positive and enthusiastic in your approach to making the best quality casual social game. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of 2D Illustration. You’ll also have:● 2+ years’ experience● Graphic design and illustration experience● Knowledge of and experience in Adobe Illustrator and photoshop● Experience in photobashing and photoshop compositing● Some 3D Rendering experience● Experience in creating textures and patterns● Ability to work effectively with many different art styles● Some Experience in character design● A passion for playing and making industry leading social games is a huge bonus Apply
