Security Systems & Technology Specialist

Reports to: Sr. Manager Security Systems & Technology

Job Summary: The Security Systems & Technology Specialist will support the global systems and technology department through the following responsibilities: system administration, configuration management, routine maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity. The Technology Specialist will provide technical assistance to regional locations for all their physical security technology needs.

Essential Functions:1. Represent EA's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.2. Support management with project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with management approval, determines requirements, establish priorities, and monitor progress.3. Collaborate with EAIT to ensure the proper administration of technology software systems and manage configuration and operation of these systems for the department,4. Evaluate project status and resource use, implement changes, review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.5. Meet with client representatives for status updates, addresses any actual or potential problems, provide support during service level changes, support security planning, assessments, surveys, and reviews.6. Maintain, audit, and improve electronic security technology including our security systems, servers and software integration, and our communication and intelligence platforms.7. Support the administration and documentation of our electronic security technology, and provide training and support.8. Work with third-party companies and vendors with regard to electronic security technology projects, service, and maintenance.9. Quality control of electronic security systems installations and software configuration.9. Advance safety and security technology to ensure industry standards and best practices.10. Be relied upon as a subject matter expert.11. All other responsibilities, as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years of relevant technology systems experience supporting physical security regional offices.

Competencies:

● Technology systems experience.

● In-depth experience in a security role, which includes some combination of the management of electronic security technology, project management, and providing security systems support in a large-scale environment.

● Experience with Windows, Google Suites, CCURE, Exacqvision, and other relevant computer and security systems.

● Experience with server and computer administration.

● Understanding of electronic security network infrastructure and architecture.

● Experience with enterprise security systems, communications, and intelligence platforms.

● Solve complex issues while remaining data-informed.

● Project management skills.

● Ability to be on-call as a part of a security on-call rotation and to work occasional nights and weekends.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $95,450 - $141,800Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
