At Motive, we want our teams to be proud of the amazing games they are creating, but we also we want them to become better at what they do and who they are. We are therefore looking for a passionate Talent Development Specialist who will report to the Development and Culture Director.
What you'll do:
- Work with the Development and Culture Director, the projects leaders, and employees to put in place a development strategy connected on the needs and the values of Motive Studio.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to build and deliver a holistic learning approach that considers best practices, the studio's reality and learners preferences.
- Optimize EA's many virtual resources and external resources by curating content and producing learning experiences that support employees' development.
- Engage and support Motive experts in communities of practice and other form of informal knowledge sharing.
- Initiate and lead learning initiatives to encourage a culture of growth at the studio.
- Implement mechanisms to measure knowledge transfer and learners' satisfaction.
Who you are:
- Collaborative, creative, empathetic, human.
- An ally and promoter of Diversity and Inclusion.
- Have a high degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- 1 year or more experience working in the games industry.
- 2 years of more experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development or HR.
