We're looking for Talent Sourcing Expert to join our Recruiting team. You will be responsible for various channels to search potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as LinkedIn boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social network and many more
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets
• Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for Moon Active’s positions
• Conduct deep phone interviews

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Sourcing Expert or similar role
• Proven experience in sourcing for R&D/ Product/ Analytics roles
• Proven experience with vast sourcing techniques
• Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook and more)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
• Previous experience with Comeet - Advantage
