Sourcing Recruiter

Rec Room is an online universe where you can create and play games with friends! We are growing and looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to support our gameplay engineering teams! Our Recruiting team ensures Rec Room continues to grow as a safe and welcoming place for people from all walks of life. We work closely with hiring managers and integrate into the teams they support to generate referrals, networking leads, source passive candidates and drive diversity hiring efforts.

(This role can be fully remote or work from our Seattle, WA office)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Build and implement sourcing strategies in partnership with the teams you work with
• Build and utilize diversity sourcing strategies to forward Rec Room’s diversity goals
• Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline
• Provide a high level of candidate and client customer service
• Utilize hiring trends to improve Rec Room's sourcing and hiring funnels

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years of technical sourcing, research, or candidate generation recruiting experience
• Experience with creating targeted sourcing initiatives, diversity sourcing, candidate pipelines, and a track record of hiring success
• Comfortable building relationships with hiring partners at all levels of an organization
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous & rapidly changing environment

• General knowledge of various employment laws, practices, and visas
• Experience with market mapping and using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in video games a passion for video games
• Experience working at either a high growth startup or large technical company
• Experience with Greenhouse, Slack & G-Suite
