Sourcing Manager

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our global procurement team located in Prague.

The role will have responsibility for leading sourcing projects of different complexity in Professional Services category, client stakeholder management, supplier performance management, and continuous cost and performance improvement.

We are looking for a procurement professional with experience in dealing with the entire End to End Source to Contract process and is able to lead strategic sourcing projects globally in following procurement sub-categories: HR related services, Insurance, Office related services, Consulting services, Trainings, Localization services and others within Professional Services category.

The Sourcing Manager will report to Head of Sourcing

What will you do?

• Establish strong relationships with key senior stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for savings and potentials for quality increase across multiple indirect spend sub-categories.
• Lead projects from the identification of the opportunity to the contract phase (performance and execution of tenders, including market research, preparation of RFI and RFP, evaluation of responses, creation of scorecards, negotiations)
• Work with Contract management and Legal team when finalizing contract commercial conditions

What are we looking for?

• Thorough knowledge and experience in End-to-End Source to Contract processes
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Procurement with focus on Professional services categories
• Ability to operate independently and efficiently in a fast pace, multicultural environment
• Agility and flexibility to adapt to ever changing requirements
• Proven track record in establishing new relationships with key stakeholders and building highly effective interpersonal business relationships in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
• English language skills written and English C1/C2 level

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Russian language skills are an advantage but not essential
