Sourcer

Join our award-winning God of War team

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will effectively collaborate with the Recruiting team to engage and nurture top-tier talent for the studio. This includes Tech & Non-Tech roles in game development. This is an onsite role located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• You will identify and engage game development talent for hard to fill roles
• You will communicate and collaborate with the internal Recruiting team
• Attend discipline sync meetings
• You will craft strategic sourcing plans and support long term engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Recruiting/Sourcing Experience
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Entelo
• Ability to come up with multiple, creative sourcing strategies
• Games industry experience a plus
