We deliver tailored marketing campaigns, brand development, Go-to-Market strategies, video production, in-game capture, in-engine cinematics, and much more to key video game developers and publishers, contributing to the launch of hundreds of game titles a year!
We are now looking to hire a Solutions Manager to join the Engage team remotely from the UK or Europe. You will work closely with the Engage studios and Sales Team to identify, manage, close and implement marketing solutions for new and existing clients.
The successful candidate is someone able to engage and influence customers strategically, who is data-driven and excited about the opportunity to influence the shape of the marketing and player support solutions we create.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progresses Engage Solutions leads to opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Global Sales team and Solutions Architects to develop responses to opportunities
- Build, cultivate, and grow the collaboration between studios
- Be the subject matter expert on capacities, pricing, RFP, and final negotiations
- Bid manager for creds & proposal documentation in the pipeline
- Develop and facilitate procedures to support solutions
- Serve as the first client contact on BAU Engage solutions lead
Requirements
- Degree or relevant years of experience in business, sales, marketing or related field.
- Experience working in the Games industry or similar interactive provider
- A strategic approach to Client Management with the ability to work largely unaided in detecting, qualifying, and generating new upsell opportunities
- Preferably a great understanding of the game marketing ecosystem (process/tools/services)
- Strong communication skills: able to handle and influence the relationship
- Strong understanding of market trends. competitor activities, industry dynamics customer direction
- Self-motivated, focused and goal-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
