AppLovin’s e-commerce team helps e-commerce brands convert new and repeat shoppers at a massive scale through our industry-leading network of in-app supply. By leveraging the same performance-based targeting techniques as Social, Audience+ delivers the right ads to the right shoppers in order to ensure advertisers reach their ROI goals. This is achieved by adapting AppLovin's renowned AI-advertising engine, AXON, previously celebrated in mobile performance marketing, to the e-commerce sector.
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our e-Commerce team! This role will be responsible for working with our eCommerce partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integration of web SDKs and tracking pixels into platforms like Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and other eCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- I ndependently investigate and resolve new and unknown technical issues with web SDK and pixel integrations
- Collaborate and communicate directly with eCommerce partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Analyze large data sets to identify root causes of product issues and integration challenges
- Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline troubleshooting and support processes
- Propose new features and improvements to web SDKs and integration processes
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience with web-based platforms and integrations (e.g., Shopify, Google Tag Manager)
- Ability to prioritize workload based on need and opportunity
- Interest and ability to learn new technologies and tools as needed
- Basic understanding of SQL and data structures
- Experience with web development and tracking implementations (e.g., HTML, JavaScript)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Basic scripting experience in any general-purpose scripting languages
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and the web advertising landscape

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
CA Base Pay Range
$141,000 — $211,000 USD
