Solution Specialist Microsoft 365

Within the Enterprise Business Solutions team of the Ubisoft group, you will take part in major structuring projects to increase expertise and knowledge sharing, while improving and promoting usage of Microsoft 365. You will work with all level of the business: communities, job families, projects, studios and subsidiaries.

Your main mission

• Analyzing business needs and processes
• Recommending the best methodologies and tools from Microsoft 365 services
• Resolving issues brought up on Microsoft 365 by end-users and sharing/documenting the resolution
• Developing and designing out of the box solutions and provide solution documentation
• Providing training and support for administrators and users as well as documenting
• Monitoring issues reported by Microsoft on Microsoft 365 services and take necessary actions
• Opening cases with Microsoft if the issue cannot be handled at Ubisoft level
• Coordinating the deployment with IT partners
• Assessing and testing new features/services provided by Microsoft

The professional value you bring

• Strong usage of Microsoft 365 services including, but not limited to: Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
• Customer service: have good interpersonal skills and be customer-oriented with good oral and written communication skills in both English and French
• Master the problem-solving process: ability to analyze and synthesize business processes in an effective way, able to align the dots
• Able to translate technical information and make it accessible to non-technical users
• Be flexible and autonomous, able to search the information and/or solution
• Skills in HTML, CSS and/or SPFx is an asset

• Good team player, able to enter relationships based on openness, mutual respect, and positive energy.
• Ability to work well with people from different disciplines from various vultures and different technical experience
• Good organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
