Level Designer (Solitaire)

We are looking for a level designer to join our amazing Solitaire Grand Harvest Studio: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.supertreat.solitaire&hl=en
In this position you will be responsible for content design including delivering top-notch levels, concepting new gameplay elements and shaping level difficulty and progression all the while using data analysis to tune and perfect your work.
Responsibilities:
- Create new levels for the game
- Add the new levels to the map (in charge of levels flow – according to difficulty, layout, etc.)
- Collaborate with the art, design, animation and programming teams to develop new and interesting concepts, game-play mechanics and game environments.
- Work with artists and programmers to develop prototypes
- Research game plot and subject matter to create accurate and compelling environments
- Create and refine geometry to create optimized maps
- Use data and player feedback to continuously sharp and maintain existing level content.
Requirements:
- Excellent visualization skills combined with good spatial and layout design skills
- Good sense of aesthetics, design, colors and an eye for composition
Advantages:
- Completed independent game projects or game mods in game designer role
- Self-starter and able to tackle problems independently
- Strong knowledge of published casual, mobile and F2P games
- Ability to understand users’ motivations
- Ability to quickly build and test game content and iterate gameplay
- Ability to create simple yet versatile game mechanics that are easy to learn
- Unity or other game engines experience
