Software Engineering Intern
San Diego, CA or Hybrid
At SIE San Diego Client team, we are responsible for creating unique and interesting products and services on the PlayStation 5. Our specific team works on showing user generated content to players based on the games they play and the activities they are currently playing.
Responsibilities:
Join the San Diego Client team to help us analyze, discover and present user generated content in new and interesting ways to our players!
- We are looking for someone who is curious, creative and able to help us analyze and understand how our players are creating and consuming user generated content.
- Team up with our amazing engineers in order to help us develop the next set of innovative UGC features on PlayStation Network.
Qualifications:
- Rising senior, projected to graduate by Spring 2024
- Advanced Degree student, projected to graduate by Spring 2024
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience with React, JavaScript and web applications
- Experience with Python programming language
- Work well with others and is effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams Enjoy playing games and understands user generated content as it relates to gaming
